The Firm has handled appeals in the United States Circuit Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit and Second Circuit. The Firm also handles appeals in the all Florida appellate courts. The Firm recently won an appeal to the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals affirming entry of summary judgment on the twelve court class action complaint alleging that a statewide law firm had wrongfully participated in a client's RICO enterprise by assisting the client in defrauding the class of over $20,000,000. The summary judgment effectively concluded the lawsuit.
