The Firm has defended clients in construction defect cases brought by contractors and owners in both large and small commercial developments.  The firm is currently representing a roofing contractor sued for defects in a large multi-unit project. Frank Colonnelli, a partner with the firm, formerly owned and operated a highway and bridge construction company in New Jersey and operated as an engineer on Interbeton /HBG projects in Tampa, FL.
