The Firm’s lawyers have represented directors and officers in cases in California, Florida and New York. The representation encompasses both trial and appellate matters. The Firm is currently representing a former director of a publicly traded company sued along with other officers by shareholders alleging a failure to disclose financial irregularities and for engaging in transactions which benefited certain officers.
The lawsuits are pending in Florida, one of which was recently dismissed with prejudice, the Eastern District of New York, the Southern District of New York and one in the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
