The Firm has defended lawyers, accountants, architects, engineers, insurance brokers and agents, mental health professionals and title agents in lawsuits alleging professional negligence or other misconduct.
The United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals has twice affirmed the grant of summary judgment obtained by the Firm’s lawyers in a class action suit filed against a state-wide law firm. The class action was filed by customers of a precious metals trading firm which allegedly defrauded its customers by failing to purchase metals, despite having received over $20,000,000 in customer’s funds.
