The Firm defends companies named in suits alleging exposure to all toxins or chemicals resulting from spills and leaks, as well as airborne exposures in both individuals, multiple plaintiff and class action claims. The Firm has represented a company doing business in the Virgin Islands in a 200 plaintiff suit alleging wrongful exposure resulting from toxins released during a large construction project.
