Frank Colonnelli
Frank Colonnelli is a partner with the firm and has extensive experience in the areas of Construction Defects, Commercial Litigation, Debtor and Creditor, Directors and Officers Liability, Labor and Employment, Fair Debt Claims, Errors and Omissions, Homeowners Association Litigation, Mass Torts, Professional Liability; and Reinsurance.
Frank is a member of the District of Columbia, Florida and New Jersey Bar. Frank is also admitted to practice law before the United States Eleventh Circuit Court, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and New Jersey, and the United States Court of International Trade.
He is also a former associate of Ruben McClosky Smith Schuster & Russell and has many years of extensive experience in the construction industry. Prior to his law practice, Frank was the founder and general manager of his own construction company specializing in highway and bridge construction. Frank was also employed by one of the largest high profile building construction projects, located throughout the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean.
