Josh A. Migdal
Josh Migdal is dedicated to understanding his clients’ needs and then implementing legal strategies to solve their problems in the best possible manner.
Josh has extensive experience in handling complex commercial litigation in both Federal and State Court. In addition, he has seen numerous arbitration matters through to completion.
His experience encompasses all aspects of business litigation, from preliminary injunctions to trials and appeals. Josh has considerable experience in complex class actions arising from price fixing, consumer fraud and securities fraud. In that context, Josh has opposed motions for class certification in multimillion dollar class actions and has also worked on motions for both preliminary and final approval of large class action settlements.
