Adam G. Schultz Associate

Background

Adam joined Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli, P.L. in 2021. Adam focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on employment matters, business disputes, real estate litigation, and appeals. Further, Adam has experience litigating free speech issues and defending clients against Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation (SLAPP).

Adam is admitted to practice law throughout the State of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Prior to joining Boyd Richards, Adam was an associate at a boutique litigation firm, where he represented clients in federal and state courts in a broad range of commercial matters.

Adam graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was vice president of the Cardozo Law Society. After law school, Adam worked as a law clerk for the Hon. Milton Hirsch of the 11th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. Before attending law school, Adam graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida, where he was a member of the Burnett Honors College Congress.
