Andre S. Haynes Associate
Andre’ S. Haynes, Esq. is a native of Brooklyn, New York. He now lives in Long Island, New York with his wife and son. He graduated with honors from St. John’s University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pre-Law. After graduation, Andre’ worked full-time as a paralegal while attending Fordham Law School in the evening.
After obtaining his Juris Doctorate from Fordham Law, Andre’ went on to work for a large insurance defense firm, where he specialized in General Liability, Directors and Officers liability, Errors and Omissions, and Legal Malpractice claims. Andre’ then went on to work for a boutique real estate firm representing Condominiums and Cooperative Corporations, as well as developers and other clients, where he managed and litigated all cases within that firm’s Default Department. In doing so, he routinely appeared in Supreme, Civil, and Federal Court, and handled trials, depositions, and dispositive motions for and against the firm’s clients. He also conducted board meetings and argued before zoning boards in Westchester County.
Andre’ then went on to a large creditor’s rights firm, where he handled foreclosures and other contested litigation matters for the firm’s clients, the majority of which are large banks and servicers. Andre’s practice continues to focus on Coop/Condo cases in both State and Federal Court.

Andre’ is a member of the New York State Bar, and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
