Background

Carolina S. Aristia joined the Miami office in April 2025. She was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and raised in Florida. She is fluent in Spanish. Carolina began her legal career in 2015 and obtained her associate in science degree in Paralegal Studies from Broward College’s ABA accredited program. She has been a Florida Registered Paralegal since 2022.

Before joining the firm, Carolina handled a high volume of Defense and Plaintiff cases from inception to trial, in the areas of premises liability, personal injury, breach of contract, first party property, automobile accidents, product liability, PIP and bad faith claims. She has experience at the State and Federal levels, to include all circuits in the State of Florida.

Carolina enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves the beach and is passionate about traveling. She has visited over 30 countries in five continents and counting!
