Background

Chantel Drayton joined the New York City office of Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli, P.L. in 2023. Chantel began her legal career in 2005. In addition to her extensive legal background, she holds an MS in Psychology and is currently finishing her MBA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

With over eighteen years of experience, Chantel has handled a high volume of Plaintiff and Defense cases from inception to post-trial in the areas of complex personal injury, labor law, motor vehicle cases, premises liability, products liability, environmental torts, medical malpractice, commercial, family, landlord/tenant, and Condominium/HOA Real Estate Matters.

She has a wide range of experience at the State, Federal and Appellate levels including extensive knowledge of New York, Kings, Richmond, Queens and Bronx Counties State Court procedure, United States District Court Southern and Eastern Districts, as well as the First and Second District of the Appellate department.
