Background
Gerard was born and raised in North Jersey prior to moving to Miami. He attended the University of Florida and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2015, where he was also a member of the Social Justice Law Review.
Gerard’s current practice involves all aspects of civil litigation and he has litigated a wide variety of matters in both state and federal courts, including premises liability claims, breach of contract actions, auto accident cases, and cases involving construction defects.
