Kirsten I. Freiheit Associate

Background

Kirsten I. Freiheit is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office. Kirsten is a native of Connecticut who attended American University in Washington, D.C. as a member of the Division I women’s tennis team. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree, she obtained her Juris Doctorate from Florida International University.

Prior to joining Boyd Richards, Kirsten was partner as a well-respected national firm where she handled all types of civil litigation, including premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, representation of condominium associations, motor vehicle litigation, as well as labor and employment litigation. Kirsten has also participated in and continues to participate in mediations. Kirsten’s practice continues to focus on general liability and personal injury defense.

Admissions, Professional Associations and Memberships

Kirsten is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, as well as before the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Kirsten is also admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

Education

Kirsten attended the American University, in Washington, D.C., graduating in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.

Thereafter, Kirsten went on to attend law school at Florida International University in Miami, Florida, obtaining her Juris Doctorate in 2010.
