Patrick Walkington is a litigation attorney in our Miami Office and practices in general liability, insurance, and association defense. His focus primarily involves personal injury and catastrophic cases arising from premises liability, auto-accidents, and product liability claims. Mr. Walkington was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and received his undergraduate degree at Florida International University in Political Science, with minors in International Relations and Religion. He graduated from Barry University – Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2016 where during his summers he interned for Judge Peter Lopez of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida and Judge Vance Salter of the Third District Court of Appeals of Florida, respectively.
Mr. Walkington engaged his interest in litigation following his law school internship with the Department of Children and Families, where he continued his work for the State advocating for the children and families in the Miami area. He then engaged the practice of worker’s compensation claims on behalf of employees at Cesar A. Armstrong & Associates. Before joining our team at Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli, Mr. Walkington worked nearly three years as an associate attorney at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., defending individuals and business sued for general liability damages. Mr. Walkington is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
