Background

Seth became a partner of the Firm in 2023 after beginning his career with a well-respected boutique law firm located in Long Island in 1992 as a summer associate, eventually becoming a partner in 2002. Seth uses his expertise in civil litigation, particularly in the areas of commercial, bankruptcy, and real estate law, to represent condominium associations, cooperative corporations, and their respective board members and managing agents regarding various issues including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and warranty of habitability, in disputes and legal proceedings before Federal and State Courts. Seth also represents regional and national corporations in various complex/general civil and commercial matters, including premises liability, negligent security, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, vehicular negligence, hospitality industry defense, professional liability and insurance coverage matters Seth also represents Firm clients in bankruptcy related matters.

Seth is admitted to practice in New York (1993), the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association.

Seth received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University in 1986 and his Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in 1993. While in law school, Seth was selected to serve on the International Law Journal, New Europe Law Review, as Articles Editor (1992-1993) and Member (1991-1992). In addition, Seth was chosen to participate in Alexander Fellows Program through which he served as a full-time student Law Clerk for the Honorable Michael B. Mukasey of the Southern District of New York.
