Zachary A. Mason Associate

Background

Zachary A. Mason joined the New York office of Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli, P.L., as an associate in 2020. He focuses his practice on real estate, construction, labor, and commercial litigation, including representation of condominiums, cooperatives, and small-to-medium sized businesses.

Prior to joining the firm, Mason practiced for three years at a firm specializing in construction litigation, where he represented primarily contractors and subcontractors. He also practiced for a firm where he focused on real estate law, tax law, and wills, trusts and estates, primarily for individuals and small businesses.

Mason graduated from Amherst College with a degree in political science. He received his juris doctorate from American University Washington College of Law, and an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Mason also served for two years with the Peace Corps in the Republic of Mali, where he was a Water Sanitation Extension Agent.
