New York partners Bryan Mazzola, David Kasdan and Jackie Aiello made a “Lunch & Learn” virtual presentation on April 22, 2021 to fifty (50) Chubb D&O and EPL claims  professionals. The presentation was entitled: “Defending Discrimination Claims In The Age Of Covid And Beyond”. The goal of the presentation was to discuss unique housing and employment discrimination claims that have emerged as a result of the Covid crisis: the lock down response, the fallout for employers downsizing, and the struggle within community associations to provide a safe living environment that often resulted in a reduction in services and access denial to common element amenities.
