Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli has a dedicated Appellate Practice Department. As a result, this team focuses on appeals and representing our clients in the higher courts.

This department handles appellate work in various states, including the United States circuit courts. Our attorneys have many years of experience handling a wide variety of appellate cases including: mass tort claims, class actions, complex commercial matters, constitutional issues, and matters of statutory interpretation.

Elaine D. Walter, Yvette Lavelle, and Craig J. Shankman are the lead appellate attorneys at Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli.

Elaine leads the department as the chair and has been awarded the “High Ethical Standard” award by Martindale-Hubbell. She has also won Superlawyer for 5 straight years and Elaine is Board Certified by the Florida Bar.

These attorneys practice a variety of appeals and have led the appellate department to new heights through their commitment to every case. The department is qualified to take cases to multiple State District Courts of Appeal and Federal U.S. Courts of Appeals.
