Andrew J.Palma
Background
Andrew Palma is a complex claims litigator and trial lawyer. A native of South Florida, he grew up understanding its multicultural community. He studied air traffic control at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and then followed his passion for the law earning his bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Miami followed by his Juris Doctor from Florida International University School of Law.
Throughout his career, Andrew has successfully handled numerous wrongful death and personal injury claims which include traumatic brain injury, negligent security, and premises liability cases. Andrew also has deep experience in the areas of labor and employment law, specifically Fair Labor Standards Act, Florida Minimum Wage Act, wage theft, and workers’ compensation claims. Prior to joining Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli, P.L., he was division leader at a Florida insurance defense firm where he supervised associates in all manner of complex litigation cases. Andrew’s no-nonsense approach to litigation has saved his clients millions of dollars in exposure and has resulted in the expeditious and successful resolution of their suits.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, working on his saltwater aquarium, and SCUBA diving. Andrew is bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
