Background

Christian Radoi is an Associate in the New York office. His practice concentrates on defending condominium, cooperative, and homeowners’ association board in a broad range of commercial and real estate disputes, including claims of property damage, access to adjoining buildings, shareholder issues, and corporate governance. Christian also represents a wide array of employers in employment law matters, successfully defending against state and federal claims of discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, and wage and hour violations. In addition, he handles a diverse portfolio of casualty cases involving general and premises liability, providing comprehensive defense strategies tailored to each client’s unique exposure and objectives.

Before joining Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli, P.L., Christian managed a substantial caseload of complex, multi-party litigation, involving high-exposure catastrophic injury and construction accident cases under New Yor Labor Law, as well as premises liability matters for property owners, developers, and contractors. Known for his strategic judgment, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving, he is dedicated to achieving efficient and favorable results.

Christian earned his Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2018 and is admitted to the New York State Bar. He is fluent in Italian and Romanian and conversational in Spanish, enabling him to effectively communicate with a diverse client base and witnesses across linguistic and cultural boundaries.
