Background

Daniel Keinan is an associate in the firm’s New York office whose practice focuses on complex commercial and real estate litigation, with a particular emphasis on condominium and cooperative housing matters. He advises directors and managers of condominium and cooperative boards on governance, operational, and dispute-related issues and represents clients in litigation involving shareholder and unit owner disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, governance, and other business and real estate-related claims.

Prior to joining Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli, P.L., Daniel practiced at an AmLaw-200 firm, where he represented clients in insurance defense and commercial litigation matters. Before entering private practice, Daniel served as a law clerk to the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Daniel received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2023.
