Background
Jacqueline A. Koenig joined the Miami office in July 2025. She holds an Associate of Arts Degree from Miami Dade College, earned in 1994. Jackie earned her paralegal certification from Florida International University in 2001 and is also a NALA Certified Paralegal. She regularly participates in continuing legal education to stay current with legal developments and maintain a high standard of professional service.
Jackie joined the legal field in 1997 and with over 25 years of experience, she has supported attorneys in various areas including criminal defense, civil litigation, general liability, toxic torts, product liability, personal injury and Condo/HOA litigation. Known for her strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and dedication to excellence, she is recognized for her attention to detail and commitment to client services. She plays an integral role in case management from intake to resolution, assisting the firm’s attorneys in litigation management, investigation, drafting and responding to discovery requests, and preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Before joining the firm, Jackie worked as a Paralegal in one of Florida’s largest defense firms, specializing in Condo/HOA, civil litigation, general liability, and toxic torts/ product liability, including personal injury and wrongful death.
Outside of the office, Jackie enjoys photographing The Florida Keys, the outdoors, and her husband Brian on their many fishing excursions. Additionally, she enjoys drawing, writing, cooking, and spending time with her stepchildren, family, and pets.
