Background
Katherine Coba joined the firm in early 2020 and is a Partner at Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli. Katherine focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels.
Katherine counsels clients in matters regarding breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, personal injury, insurance coverage issues, employment and estate/trust litigation. Katherine also has considerable experience representing brokerage firms and stockbrokers in complex arbitration matters before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
