Background
Manu Davidson is a managing partner of Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli’s New York City office, with a legal practice dedicated to representing the interests of condominiums and cooperatives in complex disputes. Her expertise spans a wide range of challenging issues, including governance issues, litigation of breach of contract disputes to claims of fiduciary breaches, and discrimination in housing and accessibility claims, including under the FHA, Title III of the ADA, the New York State Human Rights Law, and the New York City Civil Rights Law, as well as appellate matters.
Before joining Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli, Manu served as a litigation partner at a prominent New York City firm known for representing the interests of boards and board members of condominiums, cooperatives, and homeowners’ associations across the five boroughs and northern counties in upstate New York. Prior to that, she was a litigation partner at a Florida firm ranked by U.S. News Media Group and Best Lawyers, focusing on general commercial litigation, insurance coverage, premises liability, products liability, and catastrophic personal injury.
A seasoned litigator with a proven track record across multiple disciplines and jurisdictions, Manu is well-equipped to guide clients through the complexities of litigation in state and federal courts, as well as various administrative agencies.

Outside of the legal field, Manu is passionate about historic preservation, gardening, and is an avid fan of Hurricanes football. She serves as Secretary of the Warrensburgh Historical Society Board of Directors and is a Member of the Board of Trustees at SUNY Adirondack.

I am admitted to practice in New York (2013), District of Columbia (2008), Florida (2003), U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, all federal district courts in Florida, and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
I conferred by law degree from Nova Southeastern University, J.D. in 2003, where I had the distinction of serving as the Editor-in-Chief of the Nova Law Review. I received by Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami (Coral Gables, FL) in 1994.
