Marcela Wilson is a Certified Paralegal with 30-years-experience and holds an Advanced Certification in Trial Practice from NALA.  In the legal field since 1990 and a paralegal since 1997, she holds a Bachelors in Legal Studies and Masters in Criminal Justice with Legal Perspectives, both from Nova Southeastern University.

Early in her career, she assisted the defense in O’Vahey v. Miller, 644 So. 2d 550 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1994) where the Court held that the plaintiff’s repeated lies in discovery, uncovered only by “the assiduous efforts of opposing counsel” had “constituted such serious misconduct” that dismissal of his case was warranted.
