Background

Marie Fox is a Partner at the firm and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2007. Marie represents insurance carriers throughout all stages of litigation, from inception, court proceedings, judgments, and jury trials. She also manages a robust caseload, providing strategic counsel and effective advocacy tailored to each client’s needs.

Marie began her legal career representing lending institutions across the state of Florida and later transitioned to representing property insurance carriers. She is licensed to practice in Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Marie earned her law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She is also a graduate of University of Florida Warrington College of Business where she earned her bachelor of science in Finance.
