
Mayda Z. Mallory Partner
Background
Mayda Z. Mallory is an attorney in the Miami office of the firm and focuses her practice on all aspects of civil and business litigation, with a focus on professional and legal malpractice defense. Mayda graduated in the top 3% from Nova Southeastern University, Shephard Broad College of Law with Summa Cum Laude honors. While in law school Mayda served as the Goodwin Alumni Editor for the Nova Law Review and was a trial advocate for the NSU Trial Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Mayda worked as a litigation associate for a couple of prominent national firms where she focused her practice on business litigation and insurance coverage matters. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mayda worked as a trial paralegal for two exceptional complex litigation trial firms in the region. With fifteen years as a litigation trial paralegal, Mayda earned extensive experience with trials, arbitrations, mediations, depositions and complex discovery matters including exchange of high volume electronically stored information (ESI), document compilation, review and production.

Mayda is licensed to practice law in Florida. She is also admitted to practice before all the Florida Federal District Courts.
