Background

Michelle Muskus is a Florida based associate attorney in the firm’s Tampa office where her practice focuses on civil defense litigation, professional liability, and community association defense matters. She also has experience practicing in federal court and is barred in the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. She has extensive alternative dispute resolution experience in both mediation and arbitration. From pre-suit negotiations to trial litigation, Michelle has experience guiding clients through every stage of the legal process.

Prior to joining Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli, P.L., Michelle practiced both in Florida based law firms and in-house handling insurance litigation, labor and employment, construction litigation, business and entertainment law and corporate transactions. Michelle was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She obtained her juris doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school she was part of the Innocence Clinic and interned for Miami Dade Judge Sanchez-Llorens.
