Background

Natalie Rodriguez is a Miami native whose practice spans multiple areas of civil law. She brings extensive insurance experience to her work, including first-party property matters handled from both the policyholder and insurer perspectives. Her background includes residential, commercial property, personal injury, and boat claims, as well as legal drafting, depositions, court hearings, trial preparation, and pre-suit coverage analysis for insurance carriers.

Before becoming an attorney, Natalie worked as a licensed independent adjuster, conducting inspections, assisting with damage estimates, and advising clients regarding coverage, scope of loss, and policy implications. This firsthand claims experience gives her a practical understanding of how disputes develop from the initial loss through litigation and informs her thorough, client-focused approach.

Natalie earned her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law, where she served on the Moot Court Board and received the St. Catherine of Alexandria Award for Excellence in Oral Advocacy. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University.

Outside the office, Natalie channels her creativity into children’s literature and is the author of Monsters, Pancakes & Other Nonsense: A Collection of Children’s Poetry.
