Nicholas Reyes Associate
Background
Nicholas Reyes focuses his practice on general commercial matters, representing clients in disputes and advising on business-related issues involving corporate governance, employment relations, and real estate. He has experience drafting legal agreements, conducting complex legal research and preparing motions. He skillfully advises clients on strategic legal and business matters, providing efficient and effective guidance throughout.
Prior to becoming an associate at Boyd Richards, Nicholas gained experience serving as a summer associate with the firm in 2024. Nicholas also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Alexander S. Bokor of the Florida Third District Court of Appeal, where he observed all stages of the appeal process and prepared bench memoranda on various legal issues. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Nicholas was a professional tennis player on the ATP World Tour.
Education
Nicholas earned his J.D. from New York Law School after receiving his Bachelor of Arts in both Economics and Political Science from The Pennsylvania State University, School of Liberal Arts.
While in law school, Nicholas was the Tribeca Cybersecurity Summit Fellow for the Tribeca Cybersecurity Summit, a teaching assistant in both Real Property and Corporate Law, and a Dean’s Scholar.
