Background

Rosalie is an accomplished attorney in the firm’s New York office. Her legal practice initially started in construction litigation and transactions with a boutique law firm that specialized in construction law in midtown Manhattan. She has since branched into a multidisciplinary commercial litigation practice concentrating in real estate and in defending cooperative corporations, condominium associations, HOA’s and their respective board members and managing agents from a variety of claims. In addition to her litigation practice, she is regularly involved as general counsel advising clients in dealing with general governance issues as well as drafting and negotiating contracts with a primary focus on counseling cooperatives and condominiums.
