Tatyana Krimus Associate
Background
Ms. Krimus focuses her practice on complex commercial and business disputes, real estate and contract matters, condominium and homeowners association litigation, insurance litigation, and appeals in Florida state and federal courts. She represents clients throughout all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediation, trial preparation, and resolution.
She began her career representing insurers in first-party property litigation, where she managed a high-volume caseload from inception through resolution and developed substantial courtroom and litigation experience. Her broader legal background also includes civil rights and immigration law, including work with the University of Miami School of Law Immigration Clinic assisting clients in removal proceedings.
Ms. Krimus earned her Master of Science in Public Policy, with honors, from University College London before receiving her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
