Peter Restani and Maria Dalmanieras from our Miami office received a defense verdict in an admitted negligence trucking motor vehicle case in which the Defendant‘s truck backed up striking the front of the Plaintiff’s car, resulting in two cervical surgeries, an ACDF, and a second posterior approach repair after the bone graft failed, totaling $259,000 in medical expenses. At trial, Plaintiff requested $1 Million in damages from the jury, and we received a defense verdict of zero dollars.
