
Reinaldo Padron Associate
Background
Reinaldo Camacho Padron is an Associate in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Padron handles a wide variety of cases, including employment litigation, personal injury defense, commercial disputes, premises liability, negligent security, and professional malpractice. He has experience defending insurers in bad faith litigation and first-party property disputes. He also represents corporate entities and individuals in general litigation matters. Mr. Padron is bilingual, allowing him to easily work with both English and Spanish speaking clients.
Mr. Padron attended Hamilton College in Clinton, New York as a Posse Foundation Scholar, where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy, and later received his Juris Doctor Degree from Florida International University College of Law. While in law school, he served as Vice President of External Affairs of the Board of Appellate Advocates, and as Senior Editor for the World Arbitration and Mediation Review.
Mr. Padron is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
