Shieva M. Salehnia Associate
Shieva Maryam Salehnia, Esq. was born and raised in the Midwest. She now lives in Brooklyn, New York. Shieva graduated from the University of Minnesota’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication in 2011 and from Brooklyn Law School in 2017.
During law school, Shieva was an executive articles editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International law and published a Note on the changing landscape of intellectual property rights in the EU and China. She was a member of the international Price Media Law Moot Court Competition, focusing on the appellate advocacy of human rights including the freedom of expression, and advanced with her team to compete at Oxford University.
Prior to joining the firm, Shieva worked for the Honorable Judge Gerald Lebovits in New York Supreme Court and for a boutique medical malpractice litigation firm.
